You do not have permissions to perform this operation - Mailflow

Modified on Tue, 23 Apr at 9:05 AM

You may come across a message box when trying gain access to Mailflow from the printer console, indicating you do not have permissions to perform this operation.

The most likely issues are as follows

1. Your IT admin may not have given Mailflow for HP Authentication Suite enterprise application  Admin Consent permissions . Ask  your IT administrator to confirm you have access to the application.

Here is a Link for your Global Azure IT manager to use if they need to provide Admin Consent to Mailflow:

2. You don't have a Microsoft office 365  License with OneDrive, SharePoint and Outlook - Check with IT

3. If you are installing and or upgrading to Mailflow V2.1.1, then please ensure you apply the additional App Registrations permissions to your HP Authentication Manager. See the Following manual. section apply API Permissions
