We are sorry - Unexpected error when authenticating

When trying to register HP Secure Authentication Mobile application for the first time, you may see the following error


Unexpected error when authentication with identity provider.

The main cause of this error is related to the Azure App registration Redirect URI values. As Part of the Onboarding documentation, we suppled two Redirect URI's


The first one:  com.hp.hpauthenticationmanager://outh2redirect, is common to all installs, and this is applied to the public client/native (Mobile...) Redirect section in Azure as per the Onboarding Instruction 1 of 2


The second redirect URI that looks Something Like:

https://au-hpam-keycloak.azurewebsites.net/auth/realms/ABC/broker/oidc/endpoint, and is customer site specific and must be applied to the WEB Redirect URI Section as per the Final onboarding Instructions 2 of 2.

Please check to ensure both Redirects are correctly applied
