If you see this error message when trying to access certain Pages and or Articles in the HP Authsuite Portal, it means you have not been given full access and you must send a request email to help@hpauthsuite.com, requesting Portal Access
As part of the Sign-up process to our Portal, you should receive a validation email, asking you to provide a Password, please keep an eye out in your Spam folder.
Even though you may have signed up, Datasec needs to receive an email requesting full access, so we can then add your companies Domain name to our Whitelist.
Please note we do not accept gmail accounts, and we must verify you are a HP Certified reseller before we provide full access to the Portal.
So please ensure as part of the Sign-up Process you send us an Email requesting full access.
