HP Universal Print for Authentication Suite

The HP Universal Print app can be used to print documents from the Universal Print cloud using the Printer control panel.

Universal Print service from Microsoft frees you from having to install printer drivers or manage network connections to your printers, by providing a direct connection between the HP printer and Microsoft Universal Print services.

Eliminate additional time-consuming sign on requirements by using HP Authentication Manager Sign in Once and Microsoft Password less Multifactor Authentication protocols. 

Experience the convenience of submitting your print jobs effortlessly to the cloud directly from your computer. Once processed, you can easily retrieve and print your documents by accessing them from the printer's control panel. No more hassle or delays—simply send your files to the cloud and retrieve them seamlessly for printing in a secure manner.

New Features Added

• Direct Print Mode, Each Device can now allow users to send print jobs directly to the printer and withing a few minutes your job will have been printed, no need to Sign in.
• Admins can now Auto-Register Hundreds of Devices into Azure without the need to manually register each device separately.
